This was the tea Susie and I would have sometimes after meals when we were looking for just a little more. A little more warmth, a little more sweet, a little more soothe. We had it alone, by itself, sometimes with a little Stevia, a packet, and their website says add milk and sugar. You can do whatever you like, but I like mine this way, just fine. If you want to add, use almond milk and TRUVIA.
